How to Make a Turkish Kebab

Here I will give a tutorial or recipe to make kebab turki that we often meet.

Ingredients of turkey kebabs:
- Tortilla 1 piece
- 1 teaspoon margarine
- 25 gram lettuce, thinly sliced
- Cucumber 25 grams, thinly sliced
- Sliced kebab meat 50 grams (recipe below)
- Tomato sauce 1 teaspoon
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
- Tomato 25 grams, thinly sliced
Meat kebab turki
Ingredients:
- ½ kg of beef, sliced transversely of fiber
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 cm ginger
- ½ tsp coriander
- 100 cc yoghurt
- 3 pieces of red pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to make:
A. At the flesh till slightly widened.
B. Blend red peppers, garlic, ginger and cilantro.
C. Mix the beef with fine spices.
D. Give yogurt, salt and pepper to taste. Let stand for about 10 minutes.
E. After the spices soak, roast until cooked.
How to make turki kebabs:
A. Put the tortillas on the plate, the vegetables in the middle of the tortillas with elongated shape.
B. Spray tomato sauce and chili sauce over vegetables.
C. Add kebab meat on top, flatten.
D. Spray the mayonnaise over the meat, roll and solidify.
E. Heat margarine, roast turkey kebab until browned. Lift.
F. Serve.
